Every embroidery order is reviewed first
Our team checks each design before it is stitched. Very small text, thin lines, photos and color gradients may not embroider cleanly. If we can't embroider your design, we'll contact you and refund the $35 embroidery charge.
Your image looks like a photo. Photos often can't be embroidered, so expect a message from us after you order.
We'll match this to your saved design. If we can't find it, we'll contact you before charging the setup.
