1. Pick the garments your team will actually wear
Start with what fits the job. Tees work for warm days and everyday shifts, crewnecks and hoodies cover cooler mornings, and caps pull the look together. Starting prices for embroidered logo pieces:

2. Have your logo file ready
Send your logo as a PNG, JPG, PDF or AI file, along with your colors and sizes. You don't need a stitch-ready embroidery file. We handle the artwork and digitizing ourselves.
3. Plan your quantity
There's no minimum, so you can order one shirt for a new hire or a full set for the whole crew. Larger orders save money:
- 12 or more pieces: bulk pricing, included in your quote.
- 24 or more pieces: free digitizing of your logo.
If you're close to one of those numbers, it can be worth adding caps or a second shirt style to the same order.
4. Approve your proof
Before anything is stitched, we send you a proof and a quote. Check the logo size, placement and colors, and we only start embroidering after you approve.
5. Plan your timing
Processing takes 3 to 5 business days, then your order ships. US shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. If you need uniforms for a new hire's first day, an event or a season opener, send your logo early so there's time for the proof.
